Cranley's got a different feel to working in town. You pull up a long driveway, there's usually a big shed out the back, maybe a bore pump somewhere on the property, and the house itself could be anything from a newer build to something that's been sitting there since the farming days. Three-phase is pretty common out here once people start setting up workshops properly. A lot of properties have the infrastructure already or the capacity to get it, especially on the older farming blocks. It's just a matter of understanding what the property needs now versus what it might need in five years' time.
